Are there computer stores nr ur home? Go check out the brands, prices, upgrades, etc. You need to comparison shop and buy a computer that u can take home.

I've placed hundreds of orders with QVC and have no complaints about shipping. The majority of complaints seem to be about electronics which are usually shipped by the vendor. I don't buy electronic devices from QVC. I hate the USPS tracking, or lack thereof, but that's not QVC's fault. They rarely post any tracking until the day it's delivered. I buy merchandise from many places that ship slower than QVC.

For me I've had two issues, one the send out a obviously used product. Blah!

Two, they send the wrong product.

Amazon and direct vendors websites are getting more and more of my business.

I agree that it is pathetic. I ordered a cosmetic kit from IT. I was so excited to receive it. Well, they shipped the wrong cosmetic kit. I was so disappointed. I phoned customer service to report the mistake and, of course, the kit that I wanted was no longer available. I demanded a return label, so, I wouldn't be out of money to return the kit and the CS person said that all I needed to do was repackage the kit and write on front that wrong items were delivered. Well , at the post office , they told me that I did have to pay the return postage. I went on and paid it, but, I have learned my lesson not to order from them .
