It,s lost and never got out of the UPS warehouse.
But this isn't QVC's fault. Did you even try contacting UPS?

Are there computer stores nr ur home? Go check out the brands, prices, upgrades, etc. You need to comparison shop and buy a computer that u can take home.

For me I've had two issues, one the send out a obviously used product. Blah!
Two, they send the wrong product.
Amazon and direct vendors websites are getting more and more of my business.
