QVC Shipping is PATHETIC ! - Page 4

I in General have been very pleased with QVC, however recently I have cancelled 2 different orders and they come up with verify cancelled option of Yes or No. Of course I select yes and the orders showed cancelled. Then a few days later I get 2 packages and there they were my cancelled orders. So I check my account and sure enough somehow they went from cancelled to shipped. Usually if it is in the process of shipping at a certain point you can't cancel which I get, but I cancelled a few hours later of placing the order. I have received wrong items before but this has never happened. So back they went. The good thing is they did refund my shipping. I actually find more positives with the Q than negatives, but that's just me.

I ordered a small snowman figure on September 3 and it just shipped on September 9. Sometimes items ships later the same day and others don't ship for up to a week. Who knows why. I have been ordering from the Q for at least twenty years and just seem to keep coming back because I do like a lot of their products.

Their shipping is terrible. On August 30, I ordered some Wen Tuscan Pear CC. As of right now, NOTHING. Amazon gets me just about anything, from anywhere in 48 hours and The Q can't ship a bottle of CC in 11 days.

It's still In Process and you ordered 11 days ago?

You also posted in your very first post that you were questioning why the item description said it takes 4-6 weeks to arrive and was that really true.

Please stop asking this same question over and over again. You have been given this answer already. The answer isn't going to change.

My Wen TSV was showing no update but it came in just 3 days!.. Same with St Tropez I just got yesterday, fast delivery just not showing updates ..

The pricing on products is so high, as is the cost of shipping, that I don't have to worry about how long it takes to get anything. I have not ordered from QVC once this year.
