QVC Beauty Test Tube October 2014

So I just received my new test tube.. and I'm not sure what I think about it yet….

Its a lot of minis and small samples.. The only full size product is the laura Geller eye spackle hues… Im not a fan of this product and I think it was only included because qvc had a surplus of it and decided to include it. Same thing with the mini mally liquid lipstick. It was part of a mally set that qvc sold last year and I guess they needed to get rid of them..

It does have a few things i am looking forward to. The OLE HENRIKSEN lemon strip flash peel is a tiny sample but I've been wanting to try this product. I always love loccitaine hand creams and I'm glad this one comes in the 20% shea for the winter.. the it cosmetics cc cream comes in medium and is super tiny. I'm probably not going to use this because its too deep for my fair complexion. I am interested about the Dr. Denese hydroshield face serum. This seems like its the priciest thing in the kit and I think it will last for some time. I'm a little confused at to why the Lea Journo shampoo was included but not a matching conditioner. It also includes a mini bliss body butter. These are good creams but i'm not that excited about it.

did anyone else receive theirs? What do you think… Is it worth keeping?

I didn't think it was so bad, though I missed a big product like the Philosophy Hope in a Jar 1 oz in the first one I got. The 2nd was a yawn, I don't even remember it. This one as you said, had fewer full size and one more Bliss cream, this time a body cream. There is a very good sized bottle (1/3 oz) of Denese skin serum with a dropper.

The IT CC cream sample was too small--a tiny tube. That could have been larger, in my opinion. And grey shadow is hard to wear--would have liked a taupe or champagne.

I give it a B

I'm fairly fair and it's not bad. You may be able to wear it.

Update: Love the mini Mally lipstick (a bright pink red), the Dr. Denese serum is excellent-very smoothing. I like the way the Laura Geller shadow looks but it's irritating to my (sensitive) eyes. The CC cream is a total winner, wish it were larger.

I'm fair and I couldn't even wear the Light. I'm somewhere between the Fair and the Light and didn't want to buy two, so I gave up on the IT CC Cream. I wish it self-adjusted.
