I don't understand why women purchase this big size of Purity.  It takes a long time to go through it unless the whole family is using it.  I rather buy regular size bottles so the product is fresh.

I always buy the big jug, I go through it fast.  I wash my neck and dec with it in the shower and so I use a lot more than if it was just my face. It is too expensive IMO to buy the small bottles.  It is not a good value but if price is not an issue than I can see doing that.

I always buy the large and have never had it go bad.  It's the best value, and I only purchase on the philosophy yearly sale.  One year the sale was a 2 for one and it lasted forever without any issues.  I use it on my makeup brushes too.

It's an easy pass for me.  Had a little sample bottle of Purity in the past and hated it.  Not a fan of Philosophy products in general.

I thought about it, but changed my mind after looking it up on Beautypedia. I also noticed the new formula has isopropyl alcohol.

"This cleanser is overloaded with irritating ingredients. The fact that it is listed as 'Best of Sephora' merely means that lots of Sephora customers are using a cleanser that is hurting their skin. Fragrant oils are abundant in this cleanser, and all of them contain volatile components that are irritating to skin. Philosophy also included black pepper extract, just in case the fragrant oils weren’t irritating enough. Those of you who use this cleanser may not see the irritation it causes because most of the irritation is taking place under the skin, where collagen is being damaged and free-radical damage is being generated, but it is happening nonetheless. For the health of your skin and your beauty budget, please consider switching to a truly gentle water-soluble cleanser."
