I would like to kow how many other people have gotten the 32 oz bottle and had the oump no work? I usually save the pump from a finished bottle in case I have a failure with the next one. When I was cleaning the other day I threw out all of my old spare pumps. Now I have a pump on my new bottle that does not work! Hard to use since the bottle is large. I sent a message to customer service but they did not respond. Any suggestions on what to do?

My mother gave me a large bottle of Fig for Christmas. The pump didn't work either. I didn't like the Fig either so I gave it back to her, she loves it for her hair. I gave it back to her and she does save the pumps. She has come across this problem with the pumps before.

Do you have two other CC that you like the mix, you can combine into one? I do this all the time when I get to the end of a bottle.

When did you contact customer service? If it's today you probably won't hear back but I am sure you will tomorrow. When I had this issue with my gallon, I gave them my mailing info in my initial email and I had a new pump by the end of the week.
