So, on July 3, 2025 I ordered my Isomers product, which I was nearly out of and the total was $92.00.
I kept looking for it and received UPS notification on July 8 that it would be delivered. It was nowhere to be found, although UPS showed a picture of the delivery...well it was a group of packages, out of focus, and nowhere could be seen a little brown box with Canada markings.
I tried calling Isomers continually and tried UPS so I could file a claim.
Their answer was to tell me that "we don't do claims...your seller has more info about that‼️
My seller, Isomers, could not be reached?
Their website has a box to click "click here for your magic link".
For nearly one year that magic link has not worked for me!*
So, finally I sent an email (using a previous customer service email address I found in an old email.
Sent them all the order info.
I filed a dispute with my credit card company on July 15, 2025 for the amount.
Got a rather tacky email from Isomers on July 21, 2025 that said "sorry you had trouble".
I’m wondering what went on. It seems like UPS was having problems the entire month of July?

@LTT1 I'm so sorry this has happened to you. I don't know what else to do. I think you have done it all. It sounds like UPS made a delivery somewhere with something but your package was not in it. It makes me wonder if someone else has your package.

I really think that all the delivery companies are having issues finding reliable delivery people. We were waiting for delivery of the hardware of the Starlink system so we could get it installed and cancel our cable internet. It finally showed up, Fedex driver put it on the steps beside our driveway-in the rain, that lead to our covered porch. Each box was labelled "Starlink". A few days later the UPS driver left medication under our rural mail box along the road about 1000 feet from our house. . . about $500 worth of medication. I got notification of delivery with a photo of a package lying in the grass-it could have been anywhere. I immediately called UPS and reported that we did not have it, they sent the driver out to pick it up and deliver it to our home. GEEZ!

i had the same problem a month ago. I was able to get a refund from QVC. I e-mailed the social team with all the information and they took care of it.
The address was qvcsocialteam@qvc.com

@LTT1 - Sounds to me that your package got stolen or you were scammed and it was never really sent.

Once I tell the company I have a doorbell camera and video and can prove that nothing was delivered, I get an immediate credit or the next day the package is suddenly "found" and delivered.

I had a similalr issue with Macy's a year or so ago. Returned something - UPS tracking showed they received it. They never credited my account. After months of much back and forth with Macy's customer service I filed a dispute with Macy's credit card. No luck. So - I filed a complaint with my state (PA) Attorney General's office. They got. me the credit. If you don't get any satisfaction I suggest you do the same.

"tried UPS so I could file a claim."
"Their answer was to tell me that "we don't do claims...your seller has more info about that‼️"
File the claim online & send them a copy of their photo.
Also, if you live in an apartment complex/highrise, your package was stolen & management should be notified immediately.
"Never argue with a fool. Onlookers may not be able to tell the difference."

Only the SELLER/SHIPPER can file a claim!!!
Contact your credit card company and have the charge disputed....and it should be eventually reversed once you file.
I see no other options if you can't react Isomer's directly.
