Re: Problem delivery…was it stolen?

@LTT1  I have had trouble with UPS and USPS all month.  They must be on vacation. I ordered tons of stuff at different times from the nordie sale. Most all packages came 2 days , so quick. But 3 packages didn't arrive for nearly 2 weeks, called nordies. One was stuck in Ohio due to weather, other 2 she said were odd, so she temporarily refunded me, and reordered. Woukd you believe the items she reordered came in less than 2 days.  Then yesterday the 3 wayward packages showed up after almost 3 weeks.  Now I have to send back, but free returns.  However, nordie ships FedEx, so Ian be to call and get another shipping company because the fed ex drop off closed in out town.  Sigh

Re: Problem delivery…was it stolen?

I would reach out to Patricia on Isomers facebook page or her email at isomers. She was helpful in the past but this was a while back. Not sure anymore, I haven't purchased anything direct in a while.

I thank you for your similar tale of woe!

There doesn't seem to be any other explanation unless UPS is "gearing up" for the time that tariffs might hit the US.

I sure dread that!

Re: Problem delivery…was it stolen?

@LTT1, I needed to ask Isomers a question so I went to Isomers Skin Care web page. At the bottom of the page is how to contact them by phone number and Email. I Emailed a message and got a response a few days later.

Re: Problem delivery…was it stolen?

Where we live it is FedEx that is the problem.  They have delivered several packages next door and we've gotten hers.  Multiple times.  And both houses have brick mailbox stands with the house number in a big plaque on the front of the brick!

They have delivered 3 packages to a house three houses down the street, one to the next block over, and one to somewhere else in the hood--don't remember the street!  All in the last few months.

They run up and down the street all day like a lost goose.  UPS comes by once, and makes the right delivery.  Crazy.

Re: Problem delivery…was it stolen?

A few months ago I got a sealed pkg-you know those envelope types they use-and there was nothing in it. Empty. But sealed and not tampered with. Told amazon and they replaced it same day. Just sayin'.

Re: Problem delivery…was it stolen?

@LTT1 It sounds like you live in a complex but I think you/ve said your daughter lives nearby. If she is in a house and has no delivery problems, maybe you could have packages sent there -- especially an expensive item like the Isomers. I guess you would need to have her name on the package (Will they deliver if someone other than the homeowner's name is on it? No idea.).

I know you shouldn't have to but seems like it would be less stressful for you.

@Sooner

"A lost goose" hilarious expression and I imagine very fitting!
