Primal pit paste review.....

Not an exciting topic but nevertheless something most people need.  I am always looking to the more natural products and Toms of maine, Lavannilla, Sneiders did not work for me.  I bought the pit paste from Amazon in Lavender.  I have been using for about 5 days and have been odor free. I am amazed.  I hope my body does not get used to it and it quits working but it has given me 24 hour odor free results during this 5 day period.  It is in stick form and a little hard to spread.  If you try to spread  it with your hands it is hard to wash off your hands.  I have been very pleased with this product so far.

@chiclet thanks for the review! You know, I never really had an odor problem but would like something to control wetness, so more of an anti-perspirant that a deoderant but have never ever found a good one that is more natural. They are always all deoderants. I wonder why it is hard to make something a little bit better for you that helps to control wetness?

Re: Primal pit paste review.....

Primal Pit Paste is made just outside of Austin and some of the products are available at local stores here. I tried their deodorant and can't use it during the day- every natural deodorant I've tried leaves me with a rash and I need a true antiperspirant. I do use it when I shower at night and then apply an antiperspirant in the morning. I also really like their body whips in the stick format. I like the stick because it's super easy to apply to my feet after a shower or before bed. They also make a great lip balm.

My favorite scents are Coconut Lime, Thyme & Lemongrass, and Primal Spice. My friend has a pre-teen daughter who hated using deodorant, but LOVES using Primal Pit Paste in Orange Creamsicle.

That's exactly my issue, too, @HappyDaze. I can't recommend the primal pit paste for anyone who needs an anti-perspirant, but you may like their whip stick, primal body whip, or lip balms. They also do a salt scrub, which is on my list when I run out of the scrubs I have now.

LOL yeah I saw they had this scent and thought it to be funny. I mean, why would I want my pits to smell like something edible and delicious, lol? I can see the appeal for kids I suppose.

@ChynnaBlue thanks for the recs. I will check out their products. They did look like an interesting company. I will certainly try them out at some point- it is always fun to discover smaller companies that provide nice products for a reasonable price, cruelty free and made in the US.

Dr. Hauschka makes a product too, but I need wetness, not odor control and it did not help. Neither did Toms.

I would also like to find a cruelty free product that works for wetness.

Pit Paste - gotta' laugh.  Have to look into it.
