This thread got me interested in tying mineral makeup again after being incredibly disappointed in Bare Minerals so I ordered the Pur 4 in 1, but I'm not sure if you can or should use primer under it like I do my liquid foundation. What do y'all do?

IT Cosmetics Celebration Foundation

 

I highly, highly recommend this Celebration Foundation! It is the best foundation I have ever used!

 

It looks very natural and lasts all day without any need for touch-ups. And it goes on really quickly. I wear the Light shade.

I would not use a primer with the PUR 4-in-1 foundation. The reason is b/c it contains some skincare ingredients, some active, and if you put on a primer then you could be losing out on it's benefits. A primer will create a barrier, in other words.

Thanks everyone for the feedback re: primer. I already had foundation on today and didn't want to start over so but

tried it over it and really like it. I'll try it tomorrow on a bare face and see how it looks and applies with and without primer.

I just started using Southern Magnolia Minerals & really like it, they offer 2 free samples in - shades. The recommended B&B makes my skin look muddy & the 4 in 1 Pur has bismuth, that's a big No for me...bismuth makes my skin turn beet red, itch & breakout. Good luck @chiclet

Aww, I'm happy to see this, @kitcat51.  I was a customer for years, started when Barb was only selling via eBay.  Nowadays my purchases are more random.
