You could call CS, explain your issue and ask them to send you a new cap to use on your return.

You could close the pump, tape it, and place that in an XXL ziploc bag and send it back.

Yes, I have placed mine in the gallon size ziploc bag and also taped that shut. I've had no problems getting a refund.

Take the pump out of the bottle and turn it to the lock position and then put it back in. Then use clear packing tape and tape all around the opening and over the pump to seal it to the bottle. I've done that before.

This is genius - throw it in a zip lock bag for good measure and call it a day! I would send it back. Too expensive to keep.

I was on the fence all day and decided not to order - since the last 2 orders I sent back because they had no scent (Amazing Grace). You shouldn't be stuck with this, too expensive to keep.

So sorry you didn't like it. I've never used Fresh Cream before and tried it for the first time today. I loved the way the body wash smelled and it made my whole shower smell good. I put the lotion on at 7:00am and I can still smell it now at 4:50pm. I wonder what makes them so different.

I love it too and mine lasts for a long time, the lotion does............the spray is something I use to spray my bedroom and the sheets before bed. I keep it in the refrigerator for a quick spritz too!

I ordered it too and I feel the same way! Barely any scent in the shower and the lotion is gross. It doesn't even smell like fresh cream. I do like the spritzer though, it's light but it does smell good. I'm going to send it all back. I wish i could just order the spritzer but i don't see it by itself anywhere.

Sorry to hear you don't like it. I don't either...got a freebee from the Q and just trying to use it up---far too sweet for me (spritz)---but I don't think it is the hosts fault that we don't like something. Some people love the stuff.
