I know it's too late to purchase this TSV but I wanted to put in a plug for PTR and the products in this kit. 

I love his products, use many.  I am 38 and get constant compliments on my skin. The retinol is my #1 fav skincare product of all time.  I also really love the FrimX cream, I use it on my neck. 

I am on multiple PTR auto deliveries, including the mega size retinol, the last FirmX auto delivery TSV, etc.  I got this TSV because I really wanted to try the new eye cream. 

Hope everyone loves theirs as much as I do!

Other PTR products I'm crazy about include the unwrinkle peel pads and the irish moor mud mask.

What order should I used the products of the 3/17 TSV?

wash, then ... firming cream, retinol, eye cream 

what is 1st, 2nd, 3rd?

Order of application I use is as follows: Wash, then retinol, then eye cream, then firming cream. I like to apply eye cream before face cream so my eye area is already covered.

I bought the Firm X face and eye cream. It didn't work for me, although I kept it. I thought maybe it would take some time to learn how to use it just so. 

For me, FirmX works on a dry, clean face, no moisturizer. Also, when you add makeup, it made a mess for me. 

Since I didn't want it w/o moisturizer and make-up, it sits in a drawer. 

I will say it takes a little work to get it right.

Maybe you used too much? And let it dry before putting on makeup. The firm X is a moisturizer, so you don't have to use another. Use it at night, if you don't like it during the day.
