Re: Oribe Gold Lust Repair & Restore shampoo

I'm tempted to try this line.

I've been suffering the meh's lately and Santa gave me a nice gift card to Nordies, so why not?

I actually use this line and use this shampoo. Because it is expensive I use it as my second shampoo, I really like the line and spend a fortune and in my 60.s but wish they had sales

Heck no.  I am  a licensed hairdresser with extremely oily hair that needs washed everyday, sometimes twice a day if I am going out.

I occasionally wash my hair with Dawn Dishwashing liquid if I am in a hurry and don't wish to go to my master bathroom to just wash my hair.

I get compliments on my hair all of the time especially on the shine.  I have no breakage, no frizz and no damage.  I normally use a blue shampoo everyday on my salt and pepper hair color and may hair is not porous, so it doesn't absorb the blue color.

8.5 ounces is about 1 measuring cup.  There are great professional shampoos that cost less than $49 for that little amount. That is more than $5.76 an ounce!  That is price gouging at it's lowest form.

No shampoo is going to repair damaged hair, it might make it look better, but not repair it.

The typical mark up on hair products sold in a salon is 50%.
