I have gotten that message a few times.  The first time, I had given up and QVC agreed with me and sent out a replacement post haste.  Got that one and the stuck one followed a day later.  For me, the others have all been about a week delay.

I have had similar problems with Fed Ex, so it's not just USPS.

@shoesnbags   It may be from the terrible weather Saturday to Monday with the strong storm throughout the US.  Give it a day or two. (I know it’s hard when we want our package!)  Plus a lost day with USPS closed on Monday for the federal holiday.  I hope it arrives soon.  Love Balance and brighten!  Hope it arrives intact.  We got almost 11 inches of snow Monday in PA.  

I’ve had Fedex package tracking say pending, and it’s already delivered.

Would like to know all the shippers involved in your tracking number.

Finally got around to checking on Ship24.com but found out nothing I didn't already know.  Only UPS and USPS have been involved in the shipping.  I placed three different Laura Geller orders and NONE of them has arrived.  All show somewhat different tracking info.  The TSV seemed to have been handed off to USPS here in NOLA and then some birdbrain shipped it back to Smyrna, TN where it had come from.  The brush set is also apparently back in Smyrna.  The shadow palette lagged behind the other two, and finally arrived at USPS locally yesterday, but I fully expect it to head back to Smyrna on Monday to be with the other two packages.  Since tomorrow marks two weeks, I'm going to ask for some help from the QVC Social Team at this point.

I just heard back from the QVC Social team, and my orders were all lost!  They are refunding my money as all three are now sold out.  I want to say a lot of bad words!!!!

I got the same tracking info.  Mine came yesterday the 22.  Took 11 days to get to Florida.  I was sure with the long trip the foundation would be smashed up but it was fine...

That's encouraging and I guess that could still happen, even though QVC feels that they're lost.  The only good thing is that I signed up for auto ship, so I might still get the TSV in 2 or 3 months when the second shipment goes out. Everything in the kit is supposed to be the same.
