It's definitely a good deal like the last OTO, but I really don't need any CC. Was there ever a glossing serum OTO?

I'm glad I went to check my inventory! I thought for sure I was down to my last 2 packets after giving so many away and with all my travel recently. Well much to my surprise I have a full box still from that TSV! I must have bought more than I thought! I'll skip this OTO but it is a great deal!
