Does anyone (sellers) ever get fed up with ebay? Do you ever notice that some people just nit pick over every tiny detail and are never satisfied? How it was packed, how it was shipped, how much it weighed, how long before it was shipped, the box was dented, it has a white gift bag and not a blue one as stated, etc. etc. etc. Plus they hold giving out a negative over your head, trying to get a refund or some kind of compensation for problems that don't really exist. Everytime this happens I tell myself I will never sell ever ever again...and then months later or whatever I always do and I always have some kind of nit picky problem with someone. Plus when you have spent 8 years building up 100% positive feedback it is kind of hard not to cater to these dishonest, unscrupulous buyers since you really have no choice. UGGGGGG!!!

Don't people understand that individual sellers are not corporations?? Go into macy's and buy a gift set, and then come back to the counter complaining how the box is dented and the picture on the website shows a gold bag, and yours has a cream one....and SEE how much money they give you back!!!
