Two resolutions for me: Try to not sweat the small stuff. Eat less carbs (this one will be tough).

For all of you who are cleaning/purging/donating....plz think of donating items to your local nursing homes. Many people never think of donating there. Many items(gently used) can be used in prizes for their games. Craft items can always be used, contact the activity directors.

Yarn/ribbon/buttons, jewelry,nail polish are just a few items they could use. The nursing home where my mom was, had the best activity director, she was constanly thinking of crafts for them, decorating contests to keep them busy.
