No free sample pack given

Ordered

Mally Star Power Brightening Lip 3-Piece Kit because it cae with a free sample pack. Would not have ordered it if it didn't. After 10 days the package finally arrived and suprise! no sample pack. Went on chat and was told they ran out. I requested to return item with refunded shipping and return and was told no, no return of shipping or return label fee. Asked to speak with a supervisor, was told I would get a return call. NO RETURN CALL. Terrible customer service! The hosts said you'd get a free sample pack with each makeup order like I ordered. What a rip off.

@Marjo5762 - The "Beauty With Benefits" GWP was "one per customer" (not per order) "while supplies last". The proceeds from the sale go to a cancer charity, so unless the item you paid for (Mally's 3-Piece Lip Kit) was defective or damaged, they won't pay return shipping or refund the original shipping.

You're probably better off keeping it, if you like the product, rather than losing the money on shipping.

I agree that they need to sort out the issue with the GWP bags, but at least the sale supports a charity.

If it was advertised as "while supplies last" I agree. I had no way to know this was a purchase to benefit cancer patients, that wasn't mentioned in the original post.

I posted earlier today that they have started preparing to ship the gift bags from Beauty with benefits. I was checking on a order and it was on my order page that the gift bag was being prepared for shipping. Keep checking your order page over the next few days, hopefully your gift bag will be coming soon
