They just brought in another order, Advanced, ships in August, on Shawn's Monday evening show a few minutes ago.

Sold out immediately.

Tova was so elegant. A lady of grace.

I received my new Tova (made in France it says on the bottom of the bottle) and it is a KEEPER! The last Tova I had was in 2008.I never had the original Tova from 30 years or so or whenever. All I can say is, that the fragrance is lovely, and it lasts all day and I can detect it this morning, so it is definitely long lasting on me.  This is the second application since I received it and I used it sparingly. We all have to realize our body chemistries are different, so what works for one may not work for another. I have been wearing Chanel No. 5 for the past two years that my DH brought me from Paris and this is very comparable. The scent is fresh, but not cloying, nor heavily floral, and I love the musky tone.  The layers of scent settle down nicely after a few minutes. The price is amazing. Thank you Tova!

Re: New Tova Signature

@TexasMom1: Thrilled for you! Mine will be delivered today, but I ALSO scored yesterday the new Advanced order (now available on Waitlilst), so I'll have 2. Sigh.

Tova's presentation with Shawn last night explained that they are now using ALL BOTANICALS, no chemical substitutes. She showed the tower of ingredients and explained each of the top, middle, and base notes.

Top notes are bergamot and aldehydes, middle notes lavender and jasmine, base notes musk, sandalwood, amber.

1Professor, I did the same as you! I went on waitlist this morning after pondering it all night, do I need a second back up? Yes! LOL! I honestly think the difference is the fact that it is manufactured in France plus the all nataural botanicals. Who else does perfumes better than the French? For the price,  you just cannot beat $67 give or take a few pennies tax wise for 3.4 fl. oz. I stil have a bottle of Norell fragrance from the 70's that I am using also. I keep my perfumes in a closed drawer in my vanity to keep away from light and I think that has helped. I was very impressed at how sturdy the packaging was on this! You have to pull out the packaging sleeve to remove the bottle from the Tova box itself. Very appreciative of that.

Let us know how you like your Tova!

@TexasMom1: Got the second to have at the university. Heavenly spritzes for tough days. Or faculty meetings.

My only regret is that it weighs over 3 oz—so I cannot take it on the plane. (I only do carry-on luggage, no check-ins.) Love the small 1 or 1/2 oz sizes .  . .

I have a bottle of the Tova Reserve that I bought from the Q ages ago and it is half gone, but it has a what I call "dabber" application, no spray. I am tempted to go to the perfumerie kiosks and buy a little spray bottle that I can transfer some that will meet the airline requirements. My other Tova Sigs over the years were the spray on bottles. I do have some perfume funnels I must have bought some time ago!. I wish I had kept my 1 fl. oz Tova bottles for this purpose. Live and learn.

@TexasMom1: What a clever idea!

I do have a tiny perfume funnel. Also some miniature bottles .5ml of a variety of Jean Patou (another favorite). When one is empty (and Patou has wonderful jasmine notes), I'll add some TOVA for my purse & traveling!

@1Professor

Dang!  I missed it and I know my daughter wanted to order another bottle as well.  She said the minute she smelled her new bottle that she felt she needed to "stock up" before it changed again.

I'll keep checking back.
