This looks almost identical to the IT palette I bought from their website last year.  I live in the US.  It was available here and not only Canada.  I don't know why Jamie kept saying it was brand new and that they never had done a palette like this.

I did get a reply back from IT on the "book" site. They did say the eye shadows are the same and the lip colors are new. 

Glad I didn't get it. I don't need the same kit, just new lip colors. 

If you don't already have the old one then I think you'll be happy with this one.

The eyeshadows are all very much in the brown--beige family with one navyish color and a black. I purchased this from her website last year at a discounted rate.

I have not really used it much.  It does have a mixture of matte and shimmer shadows but they are all very blah. 

The kit also has an odd layout making some of the products difficult to use with a brush (center powders that are white and bronze). The kit is about 4x4x2 closed just to give you an idea of the size. 

There is a lot of product if you like brown eyeshadows---I mean would it kill them to branch out? I swear even if I buy a purple shadow from It when I apply the shadow is comes across as STILL in the brown family. I have all of her shadow pallette's and almost ALL of the colors look the same on me. I use a primer and that does not help so maybe I just have to take a step back from It.
