@monicakm Are you going to order Elf foundation?

I like most of their products except the lip gloss I ordered months ago. It was a limited edition clear mint and was too sticky. Maybe their glosses have improved since then, but I haven't tried any recently.

Shipping on Elf website has increased, but so have other beauty sites. One either has to order a certain $$$ amount or set up an account with email or texting before getting free shipping.

@monicakm  You're a little night owl, Monicakm ! I'm sorry that I fell asleep before I could respond- its  very fun to chat with you!  Thank you for your kind words, you're very wise too! I can definitely relate to wanting the rough times to stop now.  Remember your family's inside joke/motto from one of your dad's flight attendants? "Life hard" - it really is! But I'll tell you Monicakm- you are a resilient and strong lady! I know that you're going to do a great job at your PT cardio appointment today.  You can do it, Monicakm! I'm rooting for you! 

     In terms of cooking- I've made a ton of stuff this weeksince I cook something new each day from scratch!  Chicken tortilla soup, barbecue baby back ribs with a smoky spicy dry rub along with a side of buttermilk corn bread, kale apple almond salad with a lemon pepper dresssing and garlic herb rubbed grilled chicken thighs and the list goes on.  Tonight I'm gong to cook homemade spicy chicken breast nuggets with a side of  greek salad.

@monicakm    I am lighter than I think and I do not want anything with a yellow cast (IT Cosmetics is famous for yellowish foundation).  

 Usually I go to the cosmetic counter when I want a new foundation, but the price of ELF is so reasonable, I guess it would not hurt to try.

I do not mix colors, that is way out of my league, lol!

Good heavens, where do you find the time to do all of that. If you're still looking for a career choice, maybe you have a career in cooking food for people who don't want to cook or don't have time to cook. There is a lady in the town where my daughter and dad live that does this. She puts them in those disposable foil casserole pans and from what I can tell has a lot of business.

@monicakm  I'm definitely still looking for careers and I have been recently thinking a lot about doing some type of culinary career or paid culinary or trade school apprenticeship until I can reapply to the law enforcement career. Cooking really gives me a lot of confidence and I love making dinner each day.  That lady sound like a successful cook and business woman! Good for her!
