Hey Hazel----if you do choose Paulas choice, just remember that you can buy samples to try. My biggest gripe about skincare/makeup is that you spend alot of cash for them and then maybe, you don't like the smell or the color or you re act badly to it, and then you have all this product hanging around reminding you of all that cash you just spent. I like samples!!!!!! Sephora gives you samples for free too. I've been going to Ebay and buying samples or small travel sized things to try. Just got samples of Peter Thomas Roth, spf day cream and also his night cream. These samples are big enough to give me a few weeks to see if I like them. And I think that you need to change your skincare every few years too, as the skin can get "used" to those products. And don't be afraid to go to the make up counters and ask those girls questions. They are really very helpful, especially at Nord*strom and Seph*ora. I love the ladies at the Benefit Brow Bar too--they know their stuff.

I use Hydron (used to be on Q many years ago). The products are very reasonable, they have generous size travel sizes you can try, kits, sales. They have basic skincare (which I use), and advanced skincare.

Hydron has a great travel kit for $19.95 with skin, hair and body products. There's a tri-activator serum travel size that sells for over $18.00 on it's own. The kit will last you quite awhile, these aren't whimpy sizes.
They also give a military discount of 15% on all products every day.![]()

OMG... I used Hydron YEARS ago. Kathy Levine used to do most of the presentations with the man who owned the company. I forget his name... Harvey, I think. I used to get the big kit that came in a blue zip around bag. Loved their toner and moisturizer. It was a wonderful line. Didn't realize they are still around. WOW.
