I use Garnier's original micellar water (with the pink cap). Cleans well and doesn't leave any film.

@ccassaday I use Garnier Micellar Cleansing Water in the Water Rose scent. It easily removes makeup, even eye makeup.
It leaves skin feeling fresh, not sticky at all.

Hi @ccassaday
I also use Garnier brand Micellar water. I think that was the first one I tried and I haven't tried any other brands. I use the one with the blue cap. I don't use it all the time so the bottle lasts a long time. I have thought of trying Cerave's version as I love that whole line. My derm recommened it when I was diagnosed with extreme ezcema.

Like others, I use the Garnier and I like it. I've also tried the generic brand at Walmart or Target. (sorry, can't remember which of those it was) and that was fine also.
I would steer away from Cerave, because I tried it and it really burned my eyes. If I remember correctly, the youtube derm Dr. Dray also found this to be the case. I know Cerave products are highly rated, but I found the water to be not good for removing eye makeup. When I remember, I try to use it up on my face only, avoiding the eye area.

Yes, that was true with my experience using Cerave's micellar water. It burned my eyes badly and it was difficult to get it out of my eyes. Never again!

I don't find much difference in brands and am currently using a bottle of Bioderma I got from Target. Sure beats the price of make-up remover and is gentler on the skin.

@ccassaday Burt's Bee Micellar Water wipes are excellent for removing makeup. I actually use them to remove makeup and then I wash my face. These wipes are very moist and a nice size to get the job done.
