Perhaps you're aware of this - perhaps not - so just to advise you....Re: the small tube of Bye Bye .....the silver colored band where Bye Bye is printed eventually comes off transferring specs of silver twinkle on the customer's face.  When the silver flakes off it exposes a band of black as in the first coat with silver overlay.  The black layer is actually the ink for the words. I've been puzzled why I have silver sparkles on my upper cheecks; but finally solved it this morning.  I have put tape over the words since the tube is almost full and I have a long way to go.

That's good feedback. You should send it to Jamie via the It Cosmetics website's customer service or Contact Us lines where they'll actually get it. There's no guarantee she will get it here, as they don't always monitor third party community sites.

Thanks for suggestion but I don't do FB nor tweet nor '******'.  LOL  I was hoping the QVC monitor - who trolls the halls here - might forward it to Jamie.   Those silve sparklers are NOT easy to remove but would be perfect for New Year's Eve.

Only prob with that is they never ever reply back (It's CS!)..it stinks in my opinion. Love the It products but the CS if in writing to them as I have online, was poor...try though and good luck with a reply back. I think once when they were new they replied to me....but that was a good while ago.

They're not going to reply here, either. So you still won't get a response AND the odds that they will even get your feedback have decreased.
