Matrix Biolage Colorlast Shampoo And Conditioner

The texture of my hair has been changing and it's been very unmanageable, so I said to myself it's time to use a better shampoo and conditioner. Using better styling products doesn't make sense when still using lower quality shampoo and conditioner. My hair is very dry and thick. Sometimes frizzy. I color it myself with a semi permanent color.

So I randomly tried this shampoo and conditioner from Ulta, they're having their jumbo size sale. $14.99 for 33 oz, regular price is 29. I love it. My hair is more manageable, less frizz, softer. Crazy humidity too all this week where I live. I love it so much that I ordered two more sets. Last week I was in TJ Maxx and they had some Biolage in 33 oz for $16.99. It wasn't the Colorlast.

I'm a big believer in the idea that hair and skin products are very individual, so I would never say this product would produce the same results for anyone else. As a test I used Giovanni tea tree shampoo  and conditioner this morning. Very noticeable difference in my hair, and I think that's good stuff too. I would love to use the Bumble and Bumble shampoo and conditioner that my salon uses, but that's not in my budget.

I like the regular Biolage shampoo....I'll have to try this since I color my hair also....

I bought a shampoo that my hairdresser sold me and I was so glad when it was used up....I hated it..

I also use the regular Biolage shampoo.  I have tried others but always go back to the Biolage.

@Greeneyedlady21, I have been using the Biolage Colorlast Shampoo and Conditioner for about two months and love it! I also bought it at Ulta when they had it on a great sale.

@Greeneyedlady21  There are some Bumble & Bumble products I would never use again.  Aveda has a product called Smooth Infusion that receives high ratings.  It's the Style Prep which makes hair smooth and controls frizz and defends against humidity up to 12 hours.  It's cost $9 to $25.  Sometimes if pays to pay a little more if you only need to use a small amount to achieve the results you want.  $9 is the travel size which is a good way to try it out.  Check it out on the website.  Also, it depends on how often you wash your hair (saving the color).  All you need is a gentle shampoo sulfate free.
