@HappyDaze - I bet you are right! The same thing happened when Laura Geller's company was purchased and the blushes were "repackaged" into compacts containing 1/2 the product of the original pans. I had my Mally Instant Impact mascara AD "completed," as well. Now I know why! They will reformulate and it will be totally different.

I checked my Face Defender stash and noticed that the most recently purchased boxes state Made in China. Previous boxes have been from Italy. I'm going to be finishing a compact soon and may try one of the China versions to check the quality. The ingredients are identical.

When that has happened to me, it usually means the product is being discontinued, reformulated.

Well thanks for posting this, I checked and yes I received an email yesterday saying AD discontinued. I think it would of been nice to offer us to purchase one last time, but it is gone from QVC is all forms except the new tinted and I don't want that I want my Mall F.D. It is the best, no Skinn is not as good. I hope they just raise the price or make it smaller, please don't mess with the formulation. I love this product and I would pay more. Leave it alone. Please.

At Ulta, this morning's email ad, showed "Mally's Must Haves" with the full size square Face Defender, mascara, shadow stick, and lip gloss all for $39

oh no! new and "improved" rarely ever is, especially when there was never anything wrong with the original one! @beach-mom I hope you see this update.

I agree, to me there was nothing wrong with the original formulation.

@HappyDaze - I'm seeing it now! ITA with you - new and improved is NOT what I wanted to hear! I think Mally's new owner is trying to make money, and probably cannot bring the original to us at the original price. We'll see - but I'm skeptical!

This has been bothering me for awhile and thought I just mention it. I've notice that the Q has pulled quite a bit of her products. Are they "improving" those too? And that mascara (white tube) use to stay put but now it just smears around my eyes. It's bad enought that I have raccoon eyes! Just when I thought this would be my forever bulletproof line.
