Just curious what you all think of her tsv? I am still trying to figure it out. I like the powder but I really do not think it is a real primer, just a finishing powder or a light foundation powder.

My powder came pulverized in the compact so probably won't work either. What a mess. Too costly to send entire TSV back for replacement and I'm sure they won't replace just one component. This is the second time a compact came damaged from QVC and powder broken. With the shipping they charge you would think they could pack things better.

I love it. Everything in the kit is great. I just started a thread about the Powder Primer wowing me.... and I did NOT expect to be wowed. If she brings out the eye pencil in other shades, I will buy them as the tight/close lining I was able to achieve put all my other pencils to shame.Great eyeshadow and lipgloss. LOVE the makeup bag, lol. Just love it.

Bonnie, you never have to pay the returning shipping on an item you received damaged, broken or defective. Call C/S and tell them. They will notate this on your account. Use their label to return and it will be no cost to you. C/S can also send you out another kit immediately.

No, they won't replace one item out of a kit but they will replace the entire kit if you want. They are still available. If you don't want a new kit, every penny you paid will be reimbursed. QVC always refunds your initial shipping to get it to you and the return shipping would be free since if you use their label on a damaged item.

You could also try calling C/S to see if they will give you a partial refund. I have done this before. Be sure they are giving you a fair credit though...

It's ok. I have oily skin with large pores & this kit did not make me look spectacular. The eye makeup is not bulletproof & at hour 12, even the mascara showed up under my eyes. I bit & regret it. Kit going back. I love her makeup philosophy but this is too expensive to just be average. I wished I liked it more but I don't.

Well I do appreciate the fact that people actually use it for awhile and then give me a review. I am going to keep trying with this one, I want to give the products, mainly the primer a chance because like I said it a great concept!!!
