Good thing you're not a doctor @Tem77 .  I know many people that have been on Accutane and when other methods don't work, Accutane is a great alternative. 

Putting on moisturizer before Taz sounds a bit ridiculous to me actually.

@San Antonio Gal Its called buffering and the leaflet that is included in the box the tube is in reads that you should in fact moisturize before applying Taz. Ever hear of the sandwhich method???  *sighs*
