I could some how understand how my skinn sonic would no longer hold a charge-I use it then have to charge it again-BUT-the skinnfusion is only a couple of months old-

It has dropped out of site-no longer on the shophq or skinn website-not good.

It's the one like the pretika-virtually -identical

I bought this from Hautelook for $45-It's the newer version of the Skinnsonic. I used my other one everyday and love it!

I wonder what the life of a clairosonic is?

One thing I don't like about hautelook's website is, they don't have a search bar. I wanted to see if the Skinnsonic was still on sale, but you can't search.

You know what I'd love to see on Hautelook? Sarah Potempa's Beachwaver. I see QVC isn't selling it anymore. That thing was expensive! ($189! I'll never forget the price!)

My unit stopped working just before the last payment was due. The lights lit up but it would not do anything else. I called SHOPHQ and was referred to SKINN. A SKINN rep said they will replace it with the new version. I am waiting for the return packaging to arrive.

SKINN has the very best CS around. If you leave them a message, they always return the phone call. It may take a day or so......but they are very helpful and supportive. They really try to make things right!

similar to mine- 0ne payment left-the red light goes on but nothing else...thanks-will call Skinn CS-they did return my call within a day about my regular skinnsonic not properly charging-thanks again!

I bought my Clarisonic in March 2009 and it's still going strong.
