I just walked by and the odor of Murphy's oil soap is the most awful odor. As a child my great grandmother swore by it and ,then it had a diff smell . This newer seems to have an odor of MUSTY -almost MOLDISH ODOR- I cannot understand how such a great OLDER product could have changed. I only used it on a few pieces of furniture and yuk- And it was purchased just 4-5 days ago.

It is very chemical even through something that has been on the market for years and years.

i know it was a staple in our home but it is really strong.

iky it is sticky. yuk..I will never buy or use this again. Glad I do not have those hardwood floors anymore..that would be a sticky mess.
