Let's post about the TSV Tria Eye Laser progress........

I received mine on Friday and started it last night Monday. It was very easy to use. If felt like little needles, but nothing I couldn't handle. My under eyes were just a little bit red, went away quite fast. I used the eye serum that came with it. Then later used my regular night serums and moisturizer. No redness or puffiness this morning. I will post back in a few days with my progress. Smiley Happy

Will be starting my treatments on 7/1.  Starting on the 1st day of the month helps me keep track of the time easier.   I look forward to seeing other updates.

So glad you posted this. I'm using it every nite. (I also am trying it on my nasolabial folds and on my jawline--I know it's not approved for these other areas, but I'm trying it anyway) I would love to hear all your results and I will post mine.

Re: Let's post about the TSV Tria Eye Laser progress........

I have the larger tria laser and just got the eye one. I really like the eye one and I have been using about a week. I am seeing results already. I use the eye laser first then finish the other areas with the big one. I think I am seeing better results on the eyes with the eye laser. Will keep posting .....

Re: Let's post about the TSV Tria Eye Laser progress........

After using mine for a week, it won't charge or turn on.  Anyone else have this problem?  I used it, went to plug it in to charge and nothing-no light at all.  I unplugged it and tried to turn it on and no light at all.  I hate to have to send it back already, since you should do it for 8 weeks straight and i'll interrupt that cycle.  Am I missing something?  I read the troubleshooting inthe instruction booklet, but can't figure anything out.

@DonLR,

I would call QVC's customer service and tell them your story. They may just replace it since you have not had it very long.

After using this for 3 nights it is going back. It has made my under eyes so horrible. My one eye is so puffy and swollen and red underneath. I don't think it is worth it. I can't leave the house looking like this. I am following the directions exactly too. I hope it works out for everyone else. Keep us posted. Smiley Happy

@DonLR I wouldn't call QVC. Call Tria directly. You can get their contact information at the Tria website.

@Naturesbeauty,

All I can say is when I had a problem with my Tria ADL (big one), Tria CS was not very helpful. They never replied to my emails and phone calls were returned to me weeks after I tried to call them. I would rather have Q take care of a return than to deal with Tria.
