What do you guys recommend? I fell in love with a product called Beauty Protector that I received in my Birchbox, but it is going to be about $28 for 10 oz. to order the full sized version. That's a bit steep for detangler, to me. I tried a friend's It's a 10 and though it smells great, I don't love its detangling capabilities. What are other good ones?

Nexxus Hydralight Weightless Moisture Leave-In Conditioning Foam, 5.5 Ounce
This is a great product. You can buy at cvs, target, walgreens, etc. I know that cvs very often has a deal where you get $10 cvs bucks if you spend $20 of nexxus.
I am currently using Wen but this was always one of my favorite leave-in products prior to using Wen.

I bought Biotera ultra moisturizing leave in conditioner at Sally Beauty. 13.5 oz spray bottle for $8.79 or $7.99 in you have their beauty club card. The beauty club card is only $5 or half price if you are over 55. I really like it. It's in a spray bottle but it comes out like a lightweight kind of cream. Hard to explain. I just spray it in my hand & rub together & apply on the ends going up into my hair. Prior to that I used Influx for years. I still like it but Sally's quit carrying it. The Biotera line is their dupe for Biolage. You can read the reviews online at their site.

Sally has a lot of great products that are very reasonably priced. Definitely worth trying. Prior to Wen, I would sometimes buy Sally products and was never disappointed.

Paul Mitchell has a spray leave-in conditioner in their kids' products line that works great with my fine, blonde hair. I apply it to damp hair and can comb through right away, plus it leaves my hair shiny and soft. I can also use small amounts to detangle dry hair between shampoos. And if you have fine hair, you know how tangled it can get from even the smallest gust of wind.
I do feel a little bit foolish buying a child's product, but what works, works.

I just use Johnson's No More Tangles. It's only $3.50 and works great!

Thank you. Yes, I have fine hair as well and it tangles as soon as it moves. I use Wen, and am an exclusive user, but it has nothing to do with my tangles.

Another vote for Johnson's no more tangles found in kids/baby aisle it worked for me at 12 and still works for me at 42, I have long thick hair and this stuff never fails me.

I've always used my conditioner for my leave-in detangler. I tried a few of the single-use products, but not a single one was more effective than using my conditioner and were nothing more than a waste of money to me. If your conditioner is too heavy for a leave-in, either add some water to it or apply it to soaking wet hair before you blot dry. You can even water conditioner down a lot and put it into a spray bottle.

I use either WEN fig styling cream (small pump on wet hair---detangles) Alterna CC cream, It's a 10, Living Proof Perfect Hair Day or BLACK.
