IMO the cosmetics company needs to step it up. I would also be sure to communicate this to QVC.

Wildcat fan, That's the first thing I did. I called customer service and got the response " its California". Well yes it calif. I have the choice to use or not use lead in my cosmetics. I choose not to and customer service offered no action other than to return item. Its going back to the Q today. I don't get it when some claims to take out the bad stuff and then puts lead. the statement never said what product has lead. it was a warning required by the state.{THANKFULLY}. I doubt the Jamie C. will respond. its usual just to let stuff like this go away and and everyone forgets. think ill stick to Macys.

I can't imagine that there's any significant amount of lead in IT Cosmetics' products. Maybe there's some minute amount that wouldn't hurt anyone. I'll keep buying them.

I think QVC and IT should respond to the questions about the ingredients and where they are sourced. Based on the rep's on air persona, one would think that IT would have a top notch customer service team (equipped with a phone number). Maybe things are slow now due to the holidays. Since they recently had a TSV, they should expect an increase in customer questions/concerns.

Ladies, I wouldn't worry about lead in your cosmetics. You're more likely to come across lead in your daily lives- trace amounts can be found everywhere. In the air you breath, on the streets, etc. And I'm sure lead is not an added ingredient, just something that may have trace amounts due to the nature of the product (I.e. talc, etc). If you do any small amount of research you'd find that the amount of lead in lipsticks and cosmetics is so very minimal it won't pose any true threat. Unless, of course, you're eating your cosmetics. California has that warning because its such a litigious state, therefore they have to covers their a*ses for EVERYTHING. Relax ladies, care more about what you put IN your body, than ON it.

I just got this TSV yesterday and I really like it. Which product contains lead? I really don't understand why it would be part of a beauty product supposedly researched by dermatologists.

Here's hoping that we get a quick response from It Cosmetics and QVC.

I dont post often, but this warrants a response. While I understand that some of you have a right to be upset, I must say that California is very...."extra" when it comes to warnings. I work in aviation and im sure many of you fly often. Well, in California each jetbridge states "this area contains a chemical known to the state of CA to cause cancer, birth defects, or other reproductive harrm." That is verbatim. Im sure most of you dont let that affect your travel plans though. Its a scary warning, however I realize the risk is miniscule.

I wouldn't use It cosmetics since I read awhile ago that It is made in China!
