I still have an email into itcosmetics. I'd like to see if they respond since QVC didn't specify which product had the warning. (although I'm sure it's this kit- they should at least be clear and name the product).
I happen to love this powder. I don't use the primer/serum and will sell it on the bay or toss. Instead I use Acure's Seriously Firming Facial Serum, which is more of a highly absorbent oil. This foundation is so creamy... the finish doesn't resemble a dry powder. Nice to find one that doesn't accentuate the undesirable.
It'll be interesting to see if they even have a clue.

THERE IS NO LEAD IN THIS TSV. QVC MADE A MISTAKE IN LABELING AND HAS APOLOGIZED.

I read the post at the top with no mention of the product, so while I imagined they were referring to the IT TSV I have yet to see the apology including mention of the product. Picky I know but feel I have to be. I know it's somewhere on the board because Lyn quoted it.

I may not be understanding you correctly about the lack of an apology from QVC. It's in their statement.
It's funny, though, to read that e-mail from the company. I had received one from them a few days answering a question of mine about a product. The e-mail opened with the exact same sentence and closed with the same paragraph as yours.

all of their emails I've received from them open and close using these exact sentences.

To clarify... what I read says:
Thank you QVC Community for bringing to our attention a message that we included with recent California orders. We want to let you know that the “Proposition 65" message, which appeared in error on some of our packing slips, was due to a system issue. We have now fixed this error and apologize for any inconvenience that we may have caused you.
Where's the mention of the IT COSMETICS TSV? In another post somewhere?

Again, all I ask is that QVC, the vendors and hosts be honest about the products. They gotta know if people find out lead is in a product they're going to be upset no matter if it's a trace amount. I'm returning eye liner pencils I received a few days ago after reading this thread, don't trust IT any more.
