If you feel like you may be catching something do not put oils in your hair!!! Sunday night I didn't feel quite right but blamed my sinuses, only to wake up violently ill. The smell of TT oil on my scalp did absolutely nothing for my woes. I am just here to pass on my cautionary tale. Do not make my same mistake, ladies!

Still not great. Nausea, aches and pains, and weak stomach are persisting. I saw the doctor tonight and was told it's the flu, which means I've been hit with it twice this winter. At least my hair looks good though! (Have to look on the bright side, right?)

I’m so sorry to hear that you are going through the flu a second time. I said a quick prayer for you. Maybe this time you will recover quicker that the last time. Having a smell associated with nausea is the worst. I had to stop using my fav bathroom cleaner because of that.

Sorry to hear that and I hope you get well soon. The flu is miserable.

My story is the exact opposite, though. I had a cold and a sinus infection recently and I used the tea tree and sweet almond mint oils to rub into my temples, forehead, and cheek bones because the eucalyptus and mint worked like a mild Vicks VapoRub to sooth and help. I couldn't get enough of them and used them several times a day and before bed.

Thank you all. I just love this WENderful little group.

I still can't eat, but on the plus side I dropped a few pounds so it's given me a jump start on my beach body lol. I always try to laugh at the little things. Life is too short to take so seriously! I do, however, think I will be waiting a while before using TT oil on my scalp though.
