Has anyone else had the problem with her Argan Oil actually drying out your skin? I received her latest TSV and was so excited to try it, as I love her products. I use the oil every night, and even top it with the Infinity Oil, as she suggested we do at night. I wake up and my skin does not feel hydrated. I love the tinted moisturizer/foundation, but again, my skin doesn't feel hydrated during the day, but feels dried out. I'm bummed! In the morning, I also have been using the "Light" Argan oil under the foundation. Still dries me out. Anyone else have this result?

No, sorry you're having this problem. I use Argan Oil every night and it's the only product I've used that works. It's so very dry in SoCal this winter and it keeps me hydrated. I also use her SPF Moisturizer in the morning under my makeup.

No problems what so ever. I wonder if you are using enough? Any oil as a rule doesn't dry. Its the physical chemistry of it.

yes, actually i have noticed this.

i got the tsv too, and do like it, but seems not to be moisturizing enough right now. but i have had no problems the other 11 months of the year.

i have been wearing a combination of her whipped oil, and whipped oil with radiance as my daily moisturizer and 'foundation' and that has been great.

for some reason i think it is too dry in the house right now, and that it will be fine again once the massive cold snap stops. i really like the infinity oil and the color stick is the best one yet! i would try for a little while more and see.

I've used the argan oil for a while and it's not drying but does soak into your skin. But since I started using her tinted moisturizer from the tsv my face does feel drier, so I don't think it's the oil.

Oh my goodness- I thought I was alone- I had to send mine regretfully back because the tm was too drying and yellow but I have continued to use the argon oil with a kit I bought from her website for Christmas- I'm drier than before I started using .... I'm wondering what I've been doing wrong?

Know what ? It might be that you need to put moisturizer on first, then oil....or vice versa. I can't use any of the oils alone, they seem to make the dryness ultimately worse for me. I have to use both .

Hmmmm that sounds like a good idea azcowgirl- will give it a try, one would not intuitively think a moisturizer would be needed over an oil but I will see if things improve- thank you!

I agree, you would not think so..I hope it works for you. I use both every day now, and together they really really help me....good luck(:

I don't feel moisturized enough if I use argan oil alone, and I use 4 - 5 drops. I usually use it as more of a serum under my moisturizer. It is super cold here in Chicago this winter, it might work better by itself in the summer.
