Remember they sell by weight. Its not necessarily used as it settles and moves around in shipping. I agree though. QVC has been careless about sending out used products. I'd send it back to be safe if it looks too messed with.

I have the body butter and I'm not crazy about it. I find it does not fully penetrate into the skin, therefore, it leaves a residue. I have used much better products.

I used to love Perlier and could find it easily in the stores. Now I don't see it anywhere other than HSN.

The new "cranberry" scent smell horrible to me. First scent I've tried, awful.

No. There's often a hole in the center because of the way the tub is filled and the sometimes falls like a souffle when it's shipped. That's common with thick products in tubs. As someone else mentioned, they are sold by weight, so the hole doesn't mean you're getting less than the amount marked on the label.

I've never received a used beauty item from QVC. Frankly, I don't believe anyone has.

That is a good explanation of the way the tub is filled and why it looks partially gone when you receive it. I'll bet if they explained that during the demo, they would have less returns. Also, don't demonstrate from a totally filled up tub.

I just got Josie Maran's TSV yesterday and so far it seems like the best skin-care product ever with the exception of SSC's glycolic cleanser. They are both the best. Just as the glycolic cleanser cleared up my skin when I was younger, Josie's body wash cleans my face while moisturizing. I would like to buy it by the barrel. I was planning to give the travel sizes to my mother, but I don't know whether I can.

Does anyone know what her schedule of TSVs is if, like Wen, she has a schedule? I've been buying beauty products since I used my baby-sitting money to shop at age 13 and have never found anything quite this nice. It is far superior to SSC's olive oil products.
