I believe IT was purchased by L'Oreal.

They moved to Sephora and Ulta to broaden their retail sales.  Exclusivity to Qvc shoppers was eliminated and so they left.

I was sorry they left QVC.  I loved their Bye Bye Illuminated under eye concealer which they discontinued.  It really brightened up my under eye area.  Still haven't found a dupe for it.
