Manuela announced this weekend that she is not going to raise her prices, will even lower some, but in order to do this, she will not be offering very many bonus sizes in the near future.

I always enjoy watching Manuela talk about her products. I really appreciate the knowledge she passes on to her viewers and how she takes time to explain how products work together whenever she gets caller questions.

She has provided great bonus sizes over the years!! I can understand why they would need to decrease those offerings. I've enjoyed buying the bonus sizes and stocked up this visit. I hadn't bought in several months because I was using up prior purchases but the prices were good this visit so I replenished my supply. I should be set for the next year.

Uh-huh BUT greedy ShopHQ hasn't skipped a beat...they have implemented obnoxious shipping fees.

Manuela  offered the mask at a fab event price of $22 and ShopHQ decided to take advantage of her and customers by slapping a $8 shipping fee. Their shipping fees are all over the place and appears to try to take advantage of shoppers that want to buy the event specials. It's disgusting 👎🤮

I've never been interested in buying 8oz or 16oz of serums, so not offering that is fine with me.  However, offering a special on a 4oz bottle for the same price they did an 8oz special previously isn't not raising pricies in my opinion.

And as @Chi-town girl said, ShopHQ's shipping is ridiculous and not competitive. I would have to really want something or get a incredible deal to pay $6.99 or more for shipping.  And with all the other options out there (including ShopHQ vendors that have gone to HSN with free shipping), I'm rarely buying from ShopHQ anymore and can only remember buying one Isomers item over the last few years.

I like purchasing the supersized of products that are proven for me. Have several of the larger sized serums in my refrigerator that I use to refill the smaller bottles that I keep in the bathroom.

Disappointed to learn the larger sizes won't be offered and ShopHQ will charge the obnoxious shipping fees even for smaller bottles. Customers get screwed on both levels.

Is anyone purchasing directly from ISOMERS lab/Canada? I need to take a closer look to see if this is a better option. Need to sign up again for email notifications

@Shelbelle How do you know if what you buy on ebay has not expired? Many things be old stock and not look or smell bad but the actives wont have the strength they should have to work good.

I quit buying skincare on ebay for that reason...Now if its something new as in just released in the line within say 1 yr and i want it then i would if the price is right.

One very easy way to tell with Isomers is by the labeling, always changing, and they have a 3 year unopened shelf life. I can easily tell an old label from a newer one.
