I recently discovered Isomers thanks to this forum and I really like every product I've tried so far. I purchased a whole bunch of products on their 15th anniversary show a couple of weeks ago. My items were shipped in three boxes, with the majority of the items in one box. All three boxes were delivered at the same time and stolen off of my steps before I came home from work.

Shop NBC has given me a credit for two of the items, these were each shipped in separate boxes. They won't give me a credit for the remaining items that were shipped in the third box. I have to fill out paperwork, spend time and money to get it notarized, send it back and then they will launch an investigation that will take up to 45 days in order to decide if I get a credit or not.

In the meantime, the charges stay on my card, the interest will accrue and I will also be charged the remaining easy pays.

I'm not sure why they would credit me for two items and refuse the remaining. I was waiting to receive the credits before reordering the items and having them sent to a different address to avoid the same thing happening again.

Now they've lost a customer which is disappointing for me because they had such great prices on Isomers. I guess Isomers has lost a customer too because I won't buy from their site at regular prices. I'm so disappointed.

Has anyone had a similar experience?
