If you want to look good and alert, keeping your facial muscles toned really is a good idea. You can use one of these gadgets or a face exercise program. I do a jaw exercise each night to fight jowls and I do a quick lower face massage when I cleanse. I also smile a lot, but that's just my personality. If I have to have a few expression wrinkles they might as well be happy ones. These activities help keep my muscles positioned where they should be.
When you get a facelift, a major part of it is the surgeon tightening and repositioning your facial muscles back to where they used to be. I'd rather not let them slip or sag out of place to begin with.

Sheeeesh. Such a lot. I just do little bits and pieces here and there where and when it is convenient. So that's how I found that a little jaw exercise and massaging while cleansing fit into my established routine.
