IT CC cream breakout problems after 3 weeks?

I have the fair in the IT CC cream. I really love it. I have noticed more breakouts here and there with it though...but kept using it. All of a sudden I have multiple breakouts, and one major underground one on my chin.

I really suspect it's the IT CC cream...but is it possible after 3 weeks to have major skin eruptions?

I stopped using and went back to my normal Dr. Jart BB cream black label, and after a day it already seems as if my skin is calmed down.

I really don't want to send it back...but I will probably have to.
