QVC made me change screen name

Sometimes their software is so annoying! I tried to buy something and then there were all kinds of red alerts about multiple users with same email address -- blah, blah, blah. All mine of course, but the s/w doesn't update or change addresses without probs evidently.

So I had to change from Coastal1 (which they are convinced is someone else) to DualCoasts. I've already called them once to clear it up, and not gonna do it again.
