I've never used Bronzer alone. If I have a pan that includes blush and bronzer together, I'll swipe my brush over both, ending with the blush and apply lightly. Otherwise it's just blush for me!

I love cream blush, etc. I can blend my cream blush, stick bronzer and a cream highlighter (rarely) and apply them all together where I place blush. It looks more natural on me than the "3 stripes" that are often difficult to blend.

I was never for a bronzer for myself. I am very pale with blue undertones. Some times I swear I can think about the sun and get burnt. Colors are difficult for me - make-up and clothing. I decided a long time ago I am just supposed to be this pale.

I never got into bronzer. I use a pink blush applied the way @Shanus describes, with a little swept up into the temples and a little across the bridge of my nose. It gives me a fresh, "just got a little sun" look. Works for me.

Charlotte Tilbury came out with a new highlighter, looks interesting. I'm fair so I'm going to try the 'Champagne' color!

I use blush, not bronzer, being blonde and fair.
And like others mentioned, I brush it over my nose and chin area, upwards over the cheeks, and use contour under cheekbones.

I'm barely skilled enough to use blush let alone a bronzer. Believe it or not, I've never worn foundation.
My mother only wore lipstick (the redder the better she'd say), so I didn't have a make-up role model nearby.
Guess I've saved a ton of money.

Thanks ladies. My problem with applying bronzer and blush is I don't like how the bronzer changes the color of the blush when it's blended and it MUST be blended.
I've tried the bronzer or blush swiped over the nose. Love how its looks on Julia Adams MUA but I'm not a fan of it on me. It might be a mental thing. Everyone that (nose) me knows I'm anti outdoors/sun. To try to look like my face has be sun-kissed or bronzed by the sun is laughable
I use bronzers suitable for my skin tone and color. For instance CT's cream bronzer in fair. Or Rare Beauty's stick bronzer in Happy Sol.
I do have the CT Filmstar and Glow. I will get that out and try it again. I have never tried to bronze all over my face. I have tried the forehead and kinda liked it but I wear bangs and it's really not noticeable so I didn't bother with it again.
I decided a long time ago I am just supposed to be this pale.
LOL! I also embraced my untanned milky whiteness. It's easy to do the right thing and stay out of the sun when the sun and you are NOT friends. We're not even frenemies!
I'm not fair or medium. I'm a light-neutral. So, I don't know if that makes a difference to some of you who mention bronzer not looking good on "fair" complexions. And naturally, I choose a bronzer shade for light complexions. I found it odd that when CT came out with her new cream-to-powder bronzer, she didn't include a light shade. It went from fair to med. I bought fair.
Like my blush, I keep my bronzer high. I wear bronzer as blush. Rarely will I use both. When I do I keep my bronzer back and add blush to my apples and blend where the two meet.
I appreciate everyone's input. I'll stick with the blush option for now. DH likes it and I didn't realize how much I missed it vs wearing bronzer as blush.

I only use bronzer in the summer-- as tanner. But I wear blush all year round-- usually a light pink. My current fave is thrive brand's color stick in shade maggie.

That's beautiful!
Do I need it? Ummm, maybe?
These are what I've been using
This Juvia's Place palette is super pigmented. You can over do it before you know what you've done You know, I may be getting the color of your Thrive blush but not the melt in your skin of a cream blush.
Had this one on a couple of days ago and I think I'll stick with it for awhile and then revisit a trifecta for the summer that Julia Adams taught me using these three products
