I hope this isn't an October Fool's joke

The forums staying open, I mean.  I have tears in my eyes, this is how important these forums are to me.  I'm 25 miles from town and have few neighbors I can interact with.  DH?  He's into things with engines and I'm into makeup, fashion and current events.  Happy Saturday, everyone !

I copy all your recipes,@DEPGLASS, and make them all, so you have an admirer you didn't even know.. Oh, the microwave peanut brittle is to die for, or should I say broke a couple teeth for. Dentist next month to repair. I'm glad were all here too. My DH is gone ,so having people to read is rewarding. Just keep posting your recipes and know I'll be printing and making. Thanks

HLP, your recipe poster is not me.  I just read recipes, not post them.  If you figure it out, please let us know so I can pick up some new ideas.

I"m thinking this extension of the boards is not forever, but, hey, I'll take anything I can get.  Sort of like Linea, first he was saved and then down the road he wasn't.

Hello. I'm new to forum and have been observing for past few weeks just to see what's what and get a vibe for forum and learn in's and outs. It seems great and hope to contribute more in future. I'm just curioushowever, about DH....does it mean Dam Husband? If it does, I love it! If not, I apologize if I offeneded anyone: it was not my intent. Have a great da

@chander73 DH stands for dear husband, but I like yours much better! It gave me a big laugh today😅😆!!

Re: I hope this isn't an October Fool's joke

@chander73  Welcome. I hope we all have a future here Smiley Happy and they keep the forums. I realize that anything like the forums on a site are at 'the pleasure ' of the site paying for it. I do think they are a plus for the company IMO. I find them very helpful.

DH  = DH commonly stands for "dear husband" or "darling husband.". Usually, this is a form of written affection used by wives on the internet when referring to their spouses .

While googling a definition for you I came across other definitions that I personally rarely use for my DH. I do feel the above is the general definition in these forums.
