Hydroshield users - Please help

I recently got the Dr. Denese TSV and I am confused with the order of products. I use Mad Hippie Vit C serum. Should I use this before or after the Hydroshield? Can I use both at the same time? Any help I so appreciate. Thanks in advance.

I would use the Vit C first. So use the pads, then the C, then the Hydroshield.
