hm, they told me I couldn't last year when I wanted to use one of the gift cards for it.

Was it for an easy pay....not that should make a difference. I did it several times, but you have to wait until it shows up, but before billing.

no, I don't ever use easy pays. I was trying to use a gift card to pay for my upcoming AD and the customer service rep said I couldn't use it to pay for future ADs. I guess it is just one of those inconsistent CS policies which changes depending on who you talk to! I should have tried again with someone new as I thought it was weird I couldn't.

Yep sounds like they didn't know what to do LOL. I mean it IS money geesh. I have been known to call until I get the answer I want LOL

Most gift cards I buy usually say, "may not be used for paying on account". Even Nordstrom wouldn't apply a gift card after I made purchase. I had 50 dollar gift card, I made a 102 dollar purchase. online. I forgot to apply the card before I clicked purchase. I called rep right away, and she said it was too late. geesh! I couldn't even cancel the order, and reorder.
