Does anyone know if I can use the egift card to pay for ez pay items previously purchased? I have monthly installments of $28 for another 5 months and I was wondering if I could use them on this? Thanks!

I don't know about easy pay but I was told we could NOT use the GC amount for future AD shipments.

No I don't believe you can use it on previous purchases.

You cannot use a gift card for easy pays. I asked about this a couple months ago.

You can use one on an upcoming A/D. Have to catch it on the day it hits and before it goes to shipped / billed. I think like 3 pm that day. So if you knew your next one is coming up on something, give CS a call THAT day and they can use it. I have done it before too if I had merchandise credit. ETA I did this with easy pay A/D so don't know if that makes a difference. And this was for like a 2nd or 3rd shipment scenario

hm, they told me I couldn't last year when I wanted to use one of the gift cards for it.

yes, I did this last year but you need to call customer service. The representative I got wasn't sure, but it did appear on my account.

Was it for an easy pay....not that should make a difference. I did it several times, but you have to wait until it shows up, but before billing.
