@Glorimar I gave up wearing liner or mascara on my lower lashes a long time ago, for that very reason. But, my lashes are still dark, so that makes it easier!

Apply the pencil frst, then an eye serum or gel, not a cream under it but far enough away from it not to touch it.  I have very good luck with NYX pencils in the under eye area, no smudging. I use the mechanical ones.

Shelbelle, I've used this eyeliner and it still happens. But I wil be more mindful of how much eye cream I use and place it farthr away from the lash line.

I wear eyeshadow primer near my bottom lash line too.It helps.
