I've watched videos and have tried several waterproof products, eyeliner brands, setting eye liner with shadow, and used setting powders. I've used high end and drug store products. None of them work; in a few hours it all smears in my under eye area. Help! If you've found a holy grail product or way to stop this, please let me know. TIA ladies.

Maybe it is what is on your skin, moisturizers maybe?

I used Maybelline Unstoppables in Espresso.  It is an automatic pencil, works well for me.

Instead of eyeliner, use a powdered eyeshadow.

Close your eyes and then use a setting spray. MILANI makes a good one.

I'd think maybe it's your eye cream.  Also you didn't mention mascara, if that's a problem also, try a tubing mascara.  ELF makes an excellent one.

I bet it's your under eye moisturizer. The same thing happens to me, but I won't go without the moisturizer. @Glorimar
