Re: How long does it take you to get ready for bed?

Depends, could take mins.-- could take hours.

Some nights I like to soak in the tub while my DH is taking his shower and shaving.

Other nights I jump in the shower with him to make sure my face is rinsed well from makeup.

Either way I HAVE to shave my legs every night. If I don't think I have to....guess again, I'm in the bathroom shaving in the middle of the night. UGH!!

Oh my gosh, you should look into laser removal or something similar. Even home treatments, like VEET, last longer than shaving. I would go crazy if I had to shave every day. There are so many others things I could do with that time by the end of a week.

I'm guessing 30 minutes, however that includes moving a load of clothes from the washer to the dryer and putting another load in the washer.

We usually go to bed early to watch a movie and I get up on the ads and do all my stuff. So I get up and down several times before I'm through.

My cleansing doesn't take much time, a Ponds Towelette and teeth brushing, but before I go to bed I have to make the coffee, clean 3 litter boxes, take my Miralax, set up my shopping shows to record, turn off a few lights, throw some logs in the wood stove and take off my jewelry. Can't sleep wearing anything, ha, ha.

By the time I floss and brush my teeth, wash my face, use my moisturizer and eye cream, it takes me about 30 minutes. I must say however, I have somewhat of an obsession about flossing and brushing, so I probably spend more time on that than I should.

I don't know, 15 minutes? I rinse off in the shower, brush my teeth, take off my makeup ( if I wore any that day), wash my face, apply argan milk and then argan oil, sometimes do a quick pass with the emjoi erase on my legs, take my allergy medicine.

About 30 minutes at night and an hour in the morning. My BF asks me every night "what do you do in there?" I tend to drag things out because it is the only time someone isn't asking me something. Although I did learn to lock the door because my daughter or BF would be in there with me. My son stands outside the door with his questions, lol.

Re: How long does it take you to get ready for bed?

Probably 10 minutes tops. I take a bath every night and while the bath water is running, I floss and brush my teeth. The only reason I take a bath every night is because it's easier to wash my face in the tub. If I wash my face at the sink........I get water everywhere! LOL So I take a quick bath, then slap on serum and moisturizer and to bed I go.

Most of the things you listed I do in the morning. When you get to be my age there isn't that much to shave or pluck.

Ha ha....good one twopeas!! I could spend hours plucking stray hairs from the strange spots they sprout from these days...but my brows are mysteriously disappearing.

5 minute bedtime routine for me...wash my face, brush and floss my teeth, swipe on some face moisturizer and lip balm, get my cpap machine going, and I'm good to go.
